Our Mission
Mission Statement:
The mission of our Independent Living Facility (ILF) is to provide safe, structured, and affordable housing for adults who are transitioning back into society and are able to live independently. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where residents can focus on stability, accountability, and personal growth while working toward long-term housing and financial independence.
Unlike our nonprofit transitional housing program, the ILF operates as a self-pay housing option, giving residents access to secure accommodations and the opportunity to build a foundation for their future in a respectful and community-minded setting. We also accept referrals from agencies, making it easier for case managers and organizations to place individuals in need of independent living.

We provide short-term, independent living accommodations in a clean, safe, and supportive environment for:
- Veterans
- Returning citizens (re-entry individuals)
- Homeless men and women
- Youth aging out of foster care
Each resident is given up to 120 days to stabilize and begin building a new foundation.
