Xclusive Pathways to Freedom - House Rules

 To ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment, all residents must agree to and abide by the following house rules during their stay. 

• Treat all residents, staff, and visitors with courtesy and respect.
   
• Discrimination, harassment, or verbal/physical abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

• The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, alcohol, or paraphernalia on or near the premises is strictly prohibited.
   
• Residents are subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Refusal or failure will result in immediate discharge.

• Curfew is at 10:00 PM nightly unless pre-approved by staff.
   
• No overnight guests are permitted.
   
• Visitors must be approved and signed in/out by staff. Visiting hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

• Residents must keep personal areas and common spaces clean and organized.
   
• Chores will be assigned and must be completed as scheduled.

 Weekly room inspections will be conducted. Residents must allow access to their living areas at any time. 

 Possession of weapons or participation in violent behavior is grounds for immediate removal from the program. 

• Maintain low noise levels. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
   
• Respect other residents' privacy and quiet time, especially after 9:00 PM.

•  Violations of house rules, illegal activity, or conduct endangering others may result in immediate termination of residency.
